If I'm understanding you correctly, I took the idea of the dreamer to actually be something that was not comforting and actually may have been problematic. Some readings I have done have showcased how much of a fine line dreamer aspects of us can be before they sometimes anesthetize us. So, it definitely didn't necessarily ring as strength as sometimes all we are doing is just what is necessary.
BM, you’re absolutely right - it’s much deeper than it might seem at first glance. That idea of the Dreamer isn’t just comforting or escapist; it carries something more complex, even a bit unsettling.
In my SYNC (SPOLIER), the Dreamer is actually the primary module of consciousness itself the foundational layer that shapes perception before anything else takes form. It’s not just a trait or a state, but the underlying architecture that programs how reality is experienced. And because of that, it can both create meaning and quietly anesthetize us at the same time.
So what you said really resonates with me sometimes what feels like “strength” is simply the system doing what it was designed to do.
Oh, that definitely helps me understand where you're coming from. I appreciate your willingness to share because my architecture does not have a primary module of a dreamer. This gets into a much deeper standpoint of where something is so apart of you that it becomes ego syntonic. You don't even realize something is a strength or even anesthetizing you because you don't even realize it was built into your architecture because it happened so long ago.
It's quite an interesting thing. When we are dealing with how people's early blueprints were formed, this is where modules of consciousness can form in that more ego syntonic way. What you may have needed before made sense. The primary module of consciousness served a purpose, but the problem is when we can't see that our ego syntonic modules are starting to deeply hurt us. We can't even see it because we don't even remember life without it and don't realize it's become a cage that's hurting us.
This felt like everything started folding in on itself a bit. The box read like a collection of identities or memories, and that moment of “this is not me, this is me” oof. Brilliant!!
This really stayed with me <3 there’s a quiet intensity in the writing that makes you pause. That line in particular “ a heart long silent. and still warm.” It touches something real. Really beautiful writting
There are so many parts I could quote as I just clap and shake my head saying well done. But I loved the portion where you bring in the dreamer and showcase that dreamers aren't always what they seem to be and I love how powerful the line of how you just kept walking was. Just well done. Truly.
The Dreamer part was never meant to be comforting, more like a quiet unraveling. And “just kept walking” wasn’t strength so much as momentum you can’t stop. It was walking inside while going outside completely. I’m glad that came through.
Lintara, that reads closer than I expected truly thank you for this.
The period wasn’t closure - more like a seal. Not forward or back, just held. And the image… I never thought of it as a symbol. It feels like something that persists, whether we read it or not.
This so visceral and haunting, gorgeous piece !
Somewhat uncomfortable walk through identities - right up my street - to finally expose the final, absolute, eternal version. An eerie chapter.
